MillerKnoll Fiscal Q3 Adjusted Earnings Decline, Sales Rise -- Shares Fall After Hours

04:52 PM EDT, 03/26/2025 (MT Newswires) -- MillerKnoll ( MLKN ) reported fiscal Q3 adjusted earnings late Wednesday of $0.44 per diluted share, down from $0.45 a year earlier.

Four analysts polled by FactSet expected $0.44.

Net sales for the quarter ended March 1 rose to $876.2 million from $872.3 million a year earlier.

Four analysts surveyed by Capital IQ expected $918.9 million.

The company said it expects fiscal Q4 adjusted EPS of $0.46 to $0.52 and net sales between $910 million and $950 million. Four analysts expect $0.77 and $958.9 million.

For fiscal 2025, the company lowered its adjusted EPS outlook to range between $1.81 and $1.87, compared with $2.11 and $2.17 anticipated previously. Four analysts polled by FactSet expect EPS of $2.12.

MillerKnoll ( MLKN ) said it expects fiscal 2025 net sales of between $3.62 billion and $3.66 billion. Four analysts surveyed by FactSet expect $3.71 billion.

The company's shares were down nearly 4% in after-hours activity.
