11:40 AM EDT, 05/08/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Millicom International Cellular ( TIGO ) has agreed to sell its Paraguayan subsidiary, Lati Paraguay, to ATIS Group.

Financial details weren't disclosed.

The agreement to sell Lati Paraguay, which owns around 300 wireless communication towers in the country, was signed between the two companies on April 26, ATIS said Thursday.

As part of the agreement, ATIS and Tigo Paraguay entered a long-term leaseback deal under which ATIS will lease tower infrastructure back to Tigo Paraguay, with the final number of towers to be confirmed at closing in the near term, ATIS said.
