Millrose Properties Posts Q1 Earnings of $0.39 a Share

08:47 AM EDT, 05/14/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Millrose Properties ( MRP ) reported Q1 earnings Wednesday of $0.39 per diluted share, compared with no earnings in the same period a year earlier.

Analyst estimates were not available for comparison.

The company said it now expects its year-end 2025 quarterly earnings per share run-rate range of $0.69 to $0.71. That compares with $0.67 to $0.69 previously.
