05:34 PM EDT, 09/08/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Millrose Properties ( MRP ) said late Monday it has priced a private offering of $750 million of its 6.25% senior notes due 2032 at par of the principal amount.

The company said the offering represented a $250 million increase from its previous size. It expects to close the offering Sept. 11.

Millrose said it plans to use the net proceeds to repay its term loan and for general corporate purposes.
