10:41 AM EST, 12/22/2025 (MT Newswires) -- MiMedx Group ( MDXG ) said Monday it entered into an exclusive agreement to distribute Regen Lab USA's RegenKit-Wound Gel in the US.

Financial terms of the agreement were not disclosed.

The product adds another option to the MiMedx Advanced Wound Care portfolio and is supported by multiple published studies evaluating its effectiveness in treating chronic wounds, the company said.

MiMedx Group ( MDXG ) shares were 1$ higher in recent trading.
