11:06 AM EST, 01/10/2025 (MT Newswires) -- MIND CTI ( MNDO ) said Friday it agreed to buy Aurenz, a provider of unified communications analytics and call accounting solutions in Germany.

The acquisition, valued at up to approximately $1.88 million in cash, is expected to be marginally accretive to earnings per share, excluding acquisition-related costs, starting in fiscal 2025.

The acquisition is expected to close soon, pending customary closing conditions, the company said, adding that its financial results will include the acquired company's results beginning in Q1.
