08:22 AM EDT, 10/09/2025 (MT Newswires) -- MindWalk Holdings ( HYFT ) said Thursday the board has approved a plan for the buyback of up to 2.3 million common shares over a 12-month period starting Oct. 15.

This represents nearly 5% of the roughly 46 million shares currently issued and outstanding, the company said.

MindWalk ( HYFT ) shares were up 9% in recent Thursday premarket activity.
