Miner Fresnillo to acquire Canada's Probe Gold for about $556 million

Oct 31 (Reuters) - London-listed miner Fresnillo

has agreed to buy Canada's Probe Gold ( PROBF ) for

C$780 million ($556.19 million) in cash, Probe Gold ( PROBF ) said on

Friday.

Probe Gold ( PROBF ) shareholders will receive C$3.65 per share in

cash, it said.

($1 = 1.4024 Canadian dollars)
