05:20 PM EDT, 09/04/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Mineralys Therapeutics ( MLYS ) said late Thursday it has closed its upsized underwritten public offering of 11.3 million common shares at $25.50 per share for gross proceeds of about $287.5 million.

The completed offering includes the underwriters' full exercise of their option to buy an additional 1.47 million shares, the company said.

Net proceeds will be used to fund clinical activities, working capital and general corporate purposes, the company said.
