09:51 AM EDT, 07/21/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Mineros S.A. ( MNSAF ) on Monday said it has appointed David Splett as chief financial officer, effective July 22.

Splett takes over from Sergio Munera, the current director of finance who served as interim chief financial officer after Alan Wancier left the company on June 20.

Splett was most recently chief financial officer of Calibre Mining.

The company's shares were last seen up $0.03, to $2.55, on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
