Mineros Completes $12 Million Share Buyback Program

07:16 AM EDT, 09/10/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Mineros ( MNSAF ) , which gained 5.7% to a fresh 52-week high Tuesday, said overnight it completed its previously announced share buyback program.

The US$12 million offer was directed to Colombian shareholders trading on the Colombian Stock Exchange (BVC) and was open from Sept. 1 through Sept. 5. The company said results published in a BVC bulletin showed 11.4 million shares were tendered.

Mineros ( MNSAF ) will buy back 3.95 million shares at $2.99 apiece for a total of $12 million, representing a 9.1% premium to the Sept. 5 closing price. The settlement date is Sept. 12.

Following the settlement, Mineros' ( MNSAF ) outstanding shares will fall to 295.8 million from 299.7 million.

The shares closed up $0.22 at $4.05 Tuesday on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
