08:40 AM EDT, 08/27/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Mineros ( MNSAF ) said Wednesday that will launch an offer to repurchase shares next week.

The Colombia-focused gold miner said it can repurchase up to US$12 million of its shares on Sept.1-5 through the facilities of the Colombian Stock Exchange.

Mineros ( MNSAF ) said the share repurchase offer will not be made through TSX facilities, as the bid is not subject to regulation under applicable Canadian securities laws.

Mineros' ( MNSAF ) share price fell 2.8% on Tuesday to $3.13 on the TSX.
