Effective Tuesday, Daniel Henao was appointed as president and CEO, succeeding David Londono, who resigned from those positions. Henao stepped down from the company's board prior to his appointment.
David Splett will step down as CFO, effective Jan. 2, 2026. Sergio Chavarria, currently finance manager, will serve as interim CFO.
