05:08 PM EDT, 07/15/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Minto Apartment Real Estate Investment Trust (MI-UN.TO) on Tuesday declared a cash distribution of $0.04333 per REIT unit for the month of July, representing $0.52 per REIT unit on an annualized basis.

This is consistent with June's cash distribution.

According to a company statement, payment will be made on Aug. 15 to unitholders of record as at July 31.
