05:20 PM EDT, 06/16/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Minto Apartment Real Estate Investment Trust (MI-UN.TO) after close of trade Monday declared a cash distribution of $0.04333 per REIT unit for the month of June.

According to a company statement, this represents $0.52 per REIT unit on an annualized basis, and is consistent with May's cash distribution.

Payment will be made on July 15 to unitholders of record on June 30.
