Minto Apartment REIT Establishes Automatic Securities Repurchase Plan

09:00 AM EST, 12/30/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Minto Apartment Real Estate Investment Trust (MI-UN.TO) on Monday said it has established an automatic securities purchase plan (ASPP) in connection with its normal course issuer bid (NCIB), which ends on Sept. 26, next year.

The ASPP will facilitate the purchase of units under the NCIB at times when the REIT would ordinarily not be permitted to do so. Minto may purchase up to 3.3 million units under the NCIB.
