07:03 AM EDT, 10/03/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Mirasol Resources ( MRZLF ) late Thursday said it is arranging a non-brokered private placement financing of up to 6.7 million units at $0.45 per unit for total gross proceeds of $3 million.

Each unit will be composed of one common share and one-half of one non-transferable common share purchase warrant entitling the holder to purchase one additional common share at a price of $0.60 for a 12-month period from the offering closing.

Net proceeds will be used to expand Mirasol's exploration programs and for general corporate purposes.
