Mirasol Resources to Sell Nord Projects in Chile for US$2.5 Million Plus Royalty

08:45 AM EDT, 07/15/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Mirasol Resources ( MRZLF ) on Tuesday said it agreed to grant Pampa Camarones (BCS: CAMARONEX), through its affiliate Eco Earth Elements, an exclusive right to buy the mineral rights within its Nord East and Nord West projects located in Region II of Chile for US$2.5 million.

Eco Earth will earn 100% interest in the Nord projects on completion of payments, and Mirasol will retain a 2% Net Smelter Return (NSR) royalty on Nord East and a 1% NSR royalty on Nord West. The company said Eco Earth will have the right to buy the first 1% of the 2% NSR royalty on Nord East for US$3 million and the remaining 1% for an additional US$6 million.

The deal comprises of US$2 million for the sale of Nord East and US$511,550 for the sale of Nord West by making scheduled payments over 4 years.

Shares of the company closed unchanged at $0.36 on the TSX Venture Exchange.
