06:22 AM EDT, 09/05/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Mirion Technologies ( MIR ) is set to join the S&P SmallCap 600, starting Tuesday, to replace GMS (GMS), S&P Dow Jones Indices said Thursday.

This comes as GMS was acquired by Home Depot ( HD ) in a deal that was completed on Thursday, according to the statement.

Shares of Mirion Technologies ( MIR ) were up more than 5% in recent premarket activity on Friday.
