Advice Dynamics Partners served as Diversified Asset Management's M&A advisor and Katz Teller served as legal counsel. This partnership expands Mission Wealth's presence in Colorado and welcomes a dynamic father-son team, further strengthening the firm's depth of talent and client-first culture. This is Mission Wealth's fifth merger of 2025.
