05:24 AM EST, 12/06/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Mistras ( MG ) said late Thursday that its board appointed Natalia Shuman as president and chief executive officer, effective Jan. 1.

Shuman, who has more than two decades of experience, most recently served as group executive vice president and group operating council member for Eurofins Scientific.

She succeeds Manuel Stamatakis as the CEO. Stamatakis, who has been interim CEO and executive chairman since October 2023, will continue as executive chairman, the company said.
