08:07 AM EDT, 07/01/2024 (MT Newswires) -- MNC Capital Partners said Monday it has submitted a merger agreement to Vista Outdoor ( VSTO ) for its $42 per share all-cash proposal.

MNC has also provided commitment letters for the approximately $3.2 billion in debt and equity financing needed for the transaction, according to a company statement.

Shares of Vista were up 2.6% in Monday's premarket activity.
