MNC Capital raises bid again to acquire Vista Outdoor

June 26 (Reuters) - MNC Capital has increased its bid

for a fourth time to acquire sporting and outdoor products maker

Vista Outdoor ( VSTO ) to $42 per share from $39.50, the

investment firm said on Wednesday.
