Mobile Global Esports Shares Fall After Chairman's Resignation

12:54 PM EDT, 04/05/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Mobile Global Esports ( MGAM ) shares slid 7.8% in recent trading after the company said Friday that Chairman Marco Welch resigned on Thursday "for personal reasons."

Welch will continue to serve the company as a consultant, according to a regulatory filing.
