10:13 AM EDT, 06/18/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Mobile Infrastructure ( BEEP ) said Wednesday that its President Stephanie Hogue will take on the additional role of chief executive, starting Aug. 1.

Hogue succeeds Manuel Chavez III, who will transition to the role of executive co-chairman and will also chair a newly formed Investment Committee, the company said.

Shares of the company were down over 2% in recent trading.
