11:25 AM EDT, 04/10/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Mobile-health Network Solutions (MNDR) shares jumped in their debut on the Nasdaq Wednesday after the company priced its initial public offering of 2.25 million class A shares at $4.00 apiece.
The stock was up about 79% at $7.15 after opening at $4.79.
The telehealth solutions provider in Singapore granted its underwriters a 45-day option to purchase up to an additional 337,500 shares. It expects to close the offering April 12.
Network 1 Financial Securities was the book-running manager for the offering.
