04:46 PM EST, 01/06/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Mobileye Global ( MBLY ) said late Tuesday it has struck a deal to acquire Mentee Robotics for about $900 million to scale autonomous vehicles and humanoid robots.

The transaction, which is subject to adjustment, is comprised of about $612 million in cash and up to about 26.2 million in shares, the company said. It expects to close the deal in Q1 of 2026.

Mobileye said it expects the acquisition to speed up its go-to-market strategy, with first on-site proof-of-concept deployments anticipated in 2026.
