01:38 PM EDT, 04/16/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Mobix Labs ( MOBX ) filed a secondary prospectus for sale of roughly 24.5 million class A common shares and 3 million warrants to purchase class A shares by selling securityholders.

The company also intends to issue up to 6 million class A shares upon the exercise of the public warrants issued as part of the units in the Chavant initial public offering. Warrants holders can purchase one class A common share for $5.79 each.

The company will not receive proceeds from these offerings.
