10:51 AM EST, 01/22/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Mobix Labs ( MOBX ) said Wednesday it plans to purchase SCP Manufacturing, an electrical component manufacturer for aerospace, defense, and commercial industries.

The purchase will be funded with cash and equity, including earnout provisions, pending due diligence and approval from the board, the company said.

Additional details on the acquisition will be finalized before the deal is completed in Q2, it added.

Shares of Mobix Labs ( MOBX ) were up more than 20% in recent trading.
