08:38 AM EDT, 08/20/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Mobix Labs ( MOBX ) said Tuesday it agreed to acquire J-Mark Connectors to expand its presence in the aerospace and defense sectors.

No financial terms were disclosed. The acquisition is expected to close this month.

Mobix ( MOBX ) said J-Mark will improve its sales strategy, expand its product offerings, and help it win accounts. The acquisition "is expected to contribute to immediate revenue growth and margin improvement," the company said.
