04:28 PM EDT, 03/11/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Modine (MOD) late Tuesday said it will acquire AbsolutAire, a privately held manufacturer of direct-fired heating, ventilation and make-up air systems.

The deal is expected to close April 1, subject to customary closing conditions, the companies said.

Financial terms of the proposed acquisition were not disclosed, although Modine said that AbsolutAire generated about $25 million in revenue during 2024.
