Analysts polled by FactSet expected $1.01.

Revenue for the three months ended Sept. 30 was $738.9 million, up from $658.0 million a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $698.4 million.

The company now expects full-year fiscal 2026 revenue growth of 15% to 20%, up from 10% to 15% growth previously.

Shares of Modine declined 9% during after-hours activity.
