01:18 PM EDT, 05/07/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Modine Manufacturing ( MOD ) said Tuesday that it bought a 14.6-acre manufacturing site in the UK to support increased production of precision cooling equipment for use in the data center industry.

The site includes 29,000 square meters of existing manufacturing space, the company said. The first Airedale units made at the site are expected to roll out by the end of 2024, the company said.

Financial details of the purchase weren't disclosed.

Modine shares rose 4% in recent trading.
