Modine Manufacturing Sets $100 Million Share Buyback Plan

09:37 AM EST, 03/07/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Modine Manufacturing ( MOD ) said Friday that its board has authorized the repurchase of up to $100 million of the company's outstanding common shares.

The authorization does not require Modine to buy back a specific number of shares, the company said.
