05:46 PM EST, 02/05/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Moelis ( MC ) reported Q4 adjusted diluted earnings Wednesday of $1.18 per share, compared to a loss of $0.06 a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $0.49.

Revenue for the quarter ended Dec. 31 was $438.7 million, up from $214.9 million a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $348.8 million.

The company said its board approved an 8% increase in quarterly dividend to $0.65 per share. The new dividend is payable March 27 to shareholders of record on Feb. 18.

Shares were up nearly 2% in after-hours activity.
