01:47 PM EDT, 08/20/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Molina Healthcare ( MOH ) said Tuesday its board extended Chief Executive Officer Joe Zubretsky's employment contract through at least the end of 2027.

Zubretsky joined the company as president and CEO in November 2017, the company said.

Under the amended contract, Molina Healthcare ( MOH ) said Zubretsky was also awarded a one-time stock grant that will vest at the end of 2027 if certain financial targets are met while his annual compensation is unchanged.

Molina Healthcare ( MOH ) shares were up more than 1% in recent Tuesday trading.
