Molina Healthcare Plans $750 Million Notes Offering

10:43 AM EST, 11/17/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Molina Healthcare ( MOH ) said Monday it intends to privately offer $750 million in aggregate principal amount of senior notes due 2031.

The company plans to use the net proceeds to repay its outstanding delayed-draw term loans under its existing credit agreement.

The interest rate, pricing and other terms will be set through negotiations with the initial purchasers, the company said.

Shares of Molina Healthcare ( MOH ) were up nearly 1% in recent trading.
