05:23 PM EST, 11/13/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Molina Healthcare ( MOH ) said late Wednesday it priced a $750 million private offering of its 6.25% senior notes due Jan. 15, 2033.

The offering is expected to generate $740 million in net proceeds, which are likely to be used for general corporate purposes, the company said.

Molina expects the offering to close on or about Nov. 18.
