Molson Coors Beverage Acquires Atomic Brands

07:31 AM EDT, 03/23/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Molson Coors Beverage ( TAP/A ) said Monday that it has acquired Atomic Brands, a maker of ready-to-drink alcoholic beverages.

Atomic Brands, which Molson said holds a 5% market share of ready-to-drink singles, owns a line of drinks called Monaco Cocktails.

Financial terms of the deal, which Molson said will close in the coming weeks, were not disclosed.
