05:44 PM EDT, 10/13/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Momentus Inc ( MNTS ) said Monday it signed a three-year, $15 million reciprocal services deal with Solstar Space to provide satellite logistics, payload deployment, and space-based communications.

The partnership will combine Momentus' ( MNTS ) orbital transport capabilities with Solstar's data relay and Wi-Fi systems to support commercial and government missions. The first joint flight is planned for February.

Shares of Momentus ( MNTS ) rose over 21% in after-hours trading on Monday.
