09:28 AM EDT, 09/13/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Momentus ( MNTS ) said Friday it has signed a collaboration agreement with Lodestar Space to integrate a robotic arm onto a Momentus Vigoride spacecraft.

Lodestar received a UK Space Agency grant of 800,000 British pounds ($1.1 million) to back the development of a robotic arm to perform space operations, Momentus ( MNTS ) said.

Momentus' ( MNTS ) collaboration with Lodestar will back the development of robotic capabilities for in-space operations, the company said.

Momentus ( MNTS ) shares were rising over 12% in recent premarket activity.
