Monday.com Q3 Non-GAAP Earnings, Revenue Rise; 2025 Revenue Guidance Narrowed

07:34 AM EST, 11/10/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Monday.com ( MNDY ) reported Q3 non-GAAP earnings Monday of $1.16 per diluted share, up from $0.85 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $0.88 per share.

Revenue for the quarter ended Sept. 30 was $316.9 million, up from $251 million a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $312.3 million.

The company expects Q4 revenue of $328 million to $330 million. Analysts polled by FactSet expect $333.7 million.

For 2025, the company now expects revenue of $1.226 billion to $1.228 billion, compared with the prior expectation of $1.224 billion to $1.229 billion. Analysts surveyed by FactSet expect $1.23 billion.

Shares of Monday.com ( MNDY ) fell more than 16% in recent premarket activity on Monday.
