Monday.com's Q2 Non-GAAP Earnings, Revenue Rise; Provides Q3 Revenue Outlook

07:21 AM EDT, 08/11/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Monday.com ( MNDY ) reported Q2 non-GAAP earnings Monday of $1.09 per diluted share, up from $0.94 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $0.86.

Revenue for the quarter ended June 30 was $299 million, up from $236.1 million a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $293.6 million.

The company said it expects Q3 revenue of $311 million to $313 million. Analysts polled by FactSet expect $312.9 million.

For 2025, the company continues to expect revenue of $1.22 billion to $1.23 billion. Analysts surveyed by FactSet expect $1.22 billion.

Shares of Monday.com ( MNDY ) fell more than 18% in recent premarket activity Monday.
