Mondelez International to Acquire Majority Stake in Evirth in China

04:25 PM EDT, 09/20/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Mondelez International ( MDLZ ) said Friday it has agreed to acquire a significant majority stake in Evirth to expand its investment in a China category leader for frozen-to-chilled cakes and pastries.

Mondelez ( MDLZ ) already holds a minority investment in Evirth, the company said. Financial details weren't disclosed.
