Dec 11 (Reuters) - Cadbury-owner Mondelez ( MDLZ ) said

on Wednesday it would focus on "bolt-on" deals as it announced

an up to $9 billion share buyback program.

Earlier this week, Bloomberg reported that Mondelez ( MDLZ ) was

exploring the acquisition of chocolate maker Hershey.
