09:28 AM EST, 02/24/2025 (MT Newswires) -- MongoDB ( MDB ) said Monday it has acquired Voyage AI, a company whose embedding and reranking models power artificial intelligence applications.

Financial terms weren't disclosed.

The company said the models will continue to be available through voyage.ai, Amazon's ( AMZN ) AWS Marketplace and Microsoft's ( MSFT ) Azure Marketplace, with more MongoDB ( MDB ) integrations to be rolled out later this year.

MDB shares were 0.8% higher ahead of Monday's opening bell.
