MongoDB Fiscal Q2 Non-GAAP Earnings Decline, Revenue Rises; Full-Year Outlook Raised -- Shares Up

04:21 PM EDT, 08/29/2024 (MT Newswires) -- MongoDB ( MDB ) reported fiscal Q2 non-GAAP earnings late Thursday of $0.70 per diluted share, down from $0.93 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by Capital IQ expected $0.48.

Revenue in the quarter ended July 31 rose to $478.1 million from $423.8 million a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by Capital IQ expected $464.2 million.

The company expects fiscal Q3 non-GAAP EPS of $0.65 to $0.68 on revenue of $493 million to $497 million.

Analysts polled by Capital IQ expect EPS of $0.61 on revenue of $478.5 million.

The company expects fiscal 2025 non-GAAP EPS of $2.33 to $2.47 on revenue of $1.92 billion to $1.93 billion. The previous guidance was for non-GAAP EPS of $2.15 to $2.30 on revenue of $1.88 billion to $1.90 billion.

Analysts surveyed by Capital IQ expect EPS of $2.27 on revenue of $1.90 billion.

The company's shares jumped almost 15% in recent after-hours activity.
