03:06 PM EDT, 10/30/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Monopar Therapeutics ( MNPR ) said Wednesday it closed its best efforts public offering of common shares at $16.25 per share for total gross proceeds of about $19.2 million.

The company said it plans to use proceeds for general corporate purposes.

Monopar Therapeutics ( MNPR ) shares were down more than 6% in recent trading.
