Monopar Therapeutics Prices Best Efforts Public Offering at $16.25 per Share

05:22 AM EDT, 10/29/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Monopar Therapeutics ( MNPR ) said Monday that it priced its best efforts public offering of common shares at $16.25 per share for total proceeds of about $19.2 million.

The company expects to close the offering on Wednesday and said proceeds will be used for general working capital.

Monopar Therapeutics ( MNPR ) shares were down more than 4% premarket Tuesday.

Price: 17.02, Change: -0.81, Percent Change: -4.54
