Monster Beverage's Hilton Schlosberg to Take Over as Sole CEO; Rodney Sacks to Continue as Chairman

05:41 AM EDT, 03/11/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Monster Beverage ( MNST ) said late Monday that Hilton H. Schlosberg will serve as its sole chief executive officer from June 13.

Rodney C. Sacks, currently co-chief executive officer, will resign on June 12, ahead of his retirement on Dec. 31, 2026.

Sacks will continue to serve as chairman, subject to his re-election at the annual meeting of stockholders this year and next.
